The new Bulkhead wall is installed prior to demolition to preserve your shoreline.

Then the post are cut below grade and the top rail removed before backfill. 

The void is filled with red clay and cured for a good rain or so before topsoil.  

Notice the tie-in with the existing bulkhead, we look GOOD in your neighborhood.
